Hugo Camerola ("we", "us", or "our") built LiftWise (the "App") as a commercial application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

LiftWise is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:

• Workout Data: Exercises, sets, reps, weights, and session history you enter into the App. This data is stored locally on your device only.
• Health Data: With your explicit permission, the App reads step count data from Apple HealthKit. This data is used solely to display your daily steps within the App and is never transmitted off your device.
• Body Measurements: If you choose to log body measurements, this data is stored locally on your device.
• Subscription Information: Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through In-App Purchases. We do not collect or store payment information.

2. How We Store Your Data

All your personal and workout data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not operate servers or cloud databases. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal identification information (name, email, address)
• We do not require account creation
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs
• We do not serve advertisements
• We do not share or sell any data to third parties
• We do not transmit your HealthKit data to any server

4. Apple HealthKit

LiftWise integrates with Apple HealthKit to read step count data. This integration requires your explicit permission. You can revoke this access at any time through your device's Settings > Health > Data Access. In compliance with Apple's guidelines, HealthKit data is never used for advertising, shared with third parties, or stored outside of your device.

5. In-App Purchases

LiftWise offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment details. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

6. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all App data at any time by:

• Using the "Delete All Data" option in the App's Settings
• Deleting the App from your device, which removes all associated data

7. Children's Privacy

LiftWise is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
