We're here to help you get the most out of LiftWise.
Tap the "+" button in the bottom navigation bar, then select "Create New Plan." Pick exercises from the library, set your rep targets and rest times, and save your plan.
Open the Premium paywall (Settings > Upgrade) and tap "Restore" in the top-left corner. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find LiftWise, and tap "Cancel Subscription."
All your workout data is stored locally on your device. We do not use servers or cloud storage. If you delete the app, your data will be removed.
Go to Settings > Data Management and choose "Export as CSV" or "Export as Text" (Premium feature).
Open a workout plan, tap the share icon, and send the .liftwise file to a friend. They can open it in LiftWise to import the plan.
LiftWise reads your daily step count from Apple Health. When prompted, allow LiftWise to access your Health data. You can manage this in Settings > Health > Data Access.
