Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using LiftWise (the "App") developed by Hugo Camerola ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LiftWise, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LiftWise is a workout tracking application that allows you to plan workouts, log exercises, track progress, and monitor fitness metrics. The App stores data locally on your device.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• LiftWise offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all data you enter into the App.
• You acknowledge that workout data is stored locally and that deleting the App will permanently remove all data.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

5. Health Disclaimer

LiftWise is not a medical application. The App is intended for fitness tracking purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. You use the App and perform exercises at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within LiftWise are the property of Hugo Camerola and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any injuries resulting from exercises performed while using the App.
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, App deletion, or software updates.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
